International man of mystery and master thief extraordinaire, Lupin III comes from a long line of high stakes bandits, all committed to stealing from the rich and giving to themselves. Fortunately, Lupin tends to avoid robbing society's virtuous and, instead, targets some pretty shady characters. Of course, he partners with some pretty shady characters as well: Daisuke Jigen is an ex-mafia hit man who carries himself with a somber demeanor, his trademark black fedora tilted forward to hide his eyes. Goemon Ishikawa is a cipher-like swordsman with samurai-ish overtones who mysteriously fades in and out of Lupin's exploits. Fujiko Mine is the object of Lupin's affections, but, since she is a thief herself, the duo's romance more than occasionally clashes with their competition for big scores. The global police force, Interpol, and in particular the tenacious Inspector Zenigata, long to capture Lupin and his gang. Zenigata's relationship with the eponymous master thief is a complicated one, characterized by mutual respect laced with utter disdain. The two have even worked together when it's served both their interests, but they understand that when the crisis ends, they must resume their former wariness and animosity toward each other.
It is the year 2205. The “Historical Revisionists” have begun attacking the past. In order to prevent history from being altered, the Time Government has sent “Saniwa” to the past. Awakened by these Saniwa are the tsukumogami dwelling in swords, “Touken Danshi”. In order to protect history, they throw themselves into battle. The Saniwa gives their Touken Danshi the order to go on a new sortie. They assign a formation with Hachisuka Kotetsu as the captain, Kashuu Kiyomitsu, Yamatonokami Yasusada, Izuminokami Kanesada, Horikawa Kunihiro and Nagasone Kotetsu. Hachisuka Kotetsu is rubbed the wrong way by the existence of Nagasone Kotetsu, who is a forgery.The stage is the first year of the Genji era (1864). The target of the Historical Revisionists is the Shinsengumi. Kashuu Kiyomitsu and Yamatonokami Yasusada were Okita Souji's swords, Izuminokami Kanesada and Horikawa Kunihiro were Hijikata Toshizo's swords, and Nagasone Kotetsu was Kondo Isami's sword. Seeing their former masters makes the Touken Danshi waver. However, the presence of the History Retrograde army, under the command of the Historical Revisionists, draws near them. What is the meaning of Yamatonokami Yasusada's actions, as the goal of the History Retrograde Army remains unknown...?

This story takes place in the Fairy Tale world. Our Protagonist is the younger Grimm Brother. After watching his older brother get murdered by the Shadow King (Evil Wizard Antagonist) their family Legacy/ Curse transfers to him upon the older ones death. The Older Grimm lies dead on the floor and a magical hourglass appears next to our new hero that slowly is counting down the sand. This dark curse is the power of Death Itself and when used he gains the Visage of death and the powers it holds making him a Grimm Reaper. Every time he uses this great power he loses some of his lifespan and the sand ticks it away. Swearing Vengeance even at the extent of his own life he sets out to hunt and kill all of the Monsters the Shadow King employs and then the Shadow King himself. This story has Fairy Tale people and creatures like the Grimm Fables but is dark and violent.
